CEL-ENA Inc. ("the Company") has established the following Privacy Policy ("this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website ("the Service").
Article 1 (Personal Information)

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of such information shall not be considered a third party.
(1) When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
(2) When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to a merger or other reasons
(3) When personal information is used jointly with a specific person, and the Company has notified the individual in advance or has made it easy for the individual to know about the fact, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by the users, and the name or title of the person responsible for the management of the personal information.
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
1. When the Company is requested to disclose personal information by the individual, the Company shall disclose it to the individual without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as usage history and characteristic information, will not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
1. If a user's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user can request the Company to correct, add, or delete the personal information ("Correction, etc.") according to the procedures prescribed by the Company.
2. If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall perform the Correction, etc., of the personal information without delay.
3. When the Company performs a Correction, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to perform a Correction, etc., it shall notify the user of this without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information)
1. When the Company is requested by an individual to suspend the use or delete ("Suspension of Use, etc.") of personal information because it is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or because it was acquired by fraudulent means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, it shall perform the Suspension of Use, etc., of the personal information without delay.
3. When the Company performs a Suspension of Use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it decides not to perform a Suspension of Use, etc., it shall notify the user of this without delay.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if a Suspension of Use, etc., would require a large amount of money or is otherwise difficult to perform, and if an alternative measure necessary to protect the user's rights and interests can be taken, the Company shall take this alternative measure.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
1. The content of this Policy can be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise specified in this Policy by law or regulation.
2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
